2. Display Strong initiative in resolving issues of customers.
3. Candidates should have Strong oral and Written Communication Skills.
4. Should be capable of Demonstrating problem solving skills.
5. Basic Desktop and Computer Knowledge.
6. understanding of ISP/Networking Concepts.
